At the National Mall for Cherry Blossom festival. This is apparently a very big deal, and the metro station was TERRIBLE! It was so jam packed, our train waited a minute or two (which is a long time to stand on a train that is FULL of people...and I mean you couldn't move an inch) before it opened the doors because the platform had to clear. It was chaos.
